Ban VACATION RENTAL / AIR B&B developments! There are too many in Penticton contributing to the extreme shortage of homes. Removing one family from a home, building 4 units in its place that are sold to investors for Air B&Bs! As taxpayers, we should not be forced to contribute to these developments so out of town investors can hoard homes and profit!

Concerned as well as very excited for the new development plans for Westminster avenue west. Concerned only on the city's plan for all the additional traffic on Westminster. The new intersection change at Westminster and Power is more of a problem than a solution.
